The Arc of Lancaster County's Mission Statement

The Arc of Lancaster County advocates for the rights and full participation of all children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  We work to improve systems of supports and services, connect families, inspire communities and influence public policy.

The Arc of Lancaster provides the following supports:
  • Advocacy:  Educational, Life, Legislative, and Systems Issues
  • Community Education:  Disability Awareness Training and Sib Support Groups
  • Independent Monitoring for Quality
  • Information and Referral
